is an easy to use, easy to set up, self-watering systems for your plants.
This system will turn any 5-gallon bucket into an internal reservoir system that wicks water up from the bottom of the bucket, effectively watering your plants when they need it.
When the water level indicator has receded enough, then it’s time to water again. Simply pour your nutrient water into the tube and down into the reservoir until the indicator rises to the full level and you’re done.
There is a hole on the side of the bucket that’s been drilled 3.5″ up from the bottom that acts as an overflow hole so you can’t overwater your plants. This hole also allows air between the reservoir and the planting media.
This system works great with both soil and coco grow media which makes it a very versatile system. While you can always DIY these internal reservoir systems, the Grow Bucket is inexpensive, easy to set up, and a real time saver, not to mention it’s a system that can be reused over and over again.
